I have been a teacher for the Toronto District School Board for the past 4 years. I've had the privilege of teaching at the same high school for all 4 of those years and have loved every minute of it. Even when the going got tough, the rewards were always there.

Teaching has always been in my blood. From a young age I was always the one helping others in class with their work. In high school I had the opportunity to teach high school math as a co-op experience. Loved it!

For a long time I didn't think I'd trade in teaching for anything. But since I've been exposed to the Inspirational Speaking world and professional coaching ... I'm starting to see that my teaching experience and skills can make me successful in other avenues of life.

I am currently on a Year Leave of Absence as I pursue my dream of becoming a World Champion. I miss my students and athletes that I coached dearly but follow their progress and acheivements online.

School has been back in for two months now and I'm definitely missing being in the classroom. I'm looking for a part time or supply teaching position to work my way back into the schools. I miss the coaching aspect of teaching as well.
