Well the time is here, I fly out to New Caledonia in just a few hours. My time here in Fiji has done more for me than I could have ever anticipated! Not only am I now acclimatized to the fantastic warm weather and water but I have a tan too. But seriously, I've been able to race in V1 as well as V6 in the distances I'll be doing at Worlds as well I've been able to get out in V1s everyday to do my workouts. The people I've been staying with are absolutely amazing, they've welcomed me into their club, their home and their social circle. I've made many new friends and look forward to coming back down here in the future.
So the word is that internet at the hotel in Noumea is pay-per-use so not sure what the set up is, if there's wireless or if you have to use their computers. Not sure how much access I'll have (what I can afford) but you should be able to find out what's going on from any of the following pages:
