Just a short quick note to wish everyone a very happy new year! I hope that 2010 brings realization of dreams and continued happiness. I'll be doing some writing over the next couple days about what 2009 meant to me and what I have learned and experienced in the past year. It was definitely a huge year for me and brought a lot of changes.

Stay tuned for the adventures that 2010 will bring! (Worlds in New Caledonia, exploring Oz and NZ, finding a job out west, finding a place to live besides my car, upgrading my coaching certs/skills, starting a business?, racing up and down the Pacific Northwest, reaching out to people of the Okanagan Valley with Diabetes, and who knows what else may come my way!)
